Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, fit preference, or unwanted items.

Please review our Size Guide and the Fit & Sizing information provided on each product page carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing or fit, we are happy to assist you before your purchase.

HYGIENE POLICY

For hygiene and safety reasons, panties, thongs, bodysuits, lingerie sets, and other intimate garments cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or had their tags removed are not eligible for return or exchange.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Every NUA Intimates order is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at nua.intimates@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. We will review your request and provide the appropriate resolution.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.

SALE ITEMS

All sale and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
